Prior to the chemical peel, the skin will be cleansed and prepped. The chemical solution will then be applied to the skin and left on for a few minutes. Patients might feel some tingling and stinging depending on the strength of the peel. Superficial peels cause minimal discomfort, while deeper peels are a little harsher. The chemical solution is then neutralized. The procedure takes an average of 30 minutes to complete.

After a chemical peel, your skin will be sensitive and you might experience some redness and a feeling of tightness. Side effects will depend on the strength of the peel. In the days and weeks after treatment, some degree of peeling and flaking will occur to reveal fresh, new skin. This new skin will be extra sensitive, so sun exposure should be avoided. RESULTS

Improvement of skin texture and tone are noticeable within 3 weeks. Full collagen

regeneration takes up to 3 months. Over the days and weeks, the platelets will release

HOW LONG DO RESULTS LAST?

Responses to treatment vary but most conditions will initially require 1-3 sessions usually

4-6 weeks apart. After the initial “prime” with the first sessions, we transition to
