Meet The Doctor—Jerome D. Chao, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Jerome Chao takes a patient-focused approach to his work—always striving to help people feel better about themselves. “The patient always comes first,” he says. “My staff and I are devoted to helping patients improve the way they look and feel—every step of the way.”
While proficiently trained in all aspects of cosmetic surgery, Dr. Chao is an expert in performing abdominoplasty or “tummy tuck” procedures. He also specializes in breast augmentation and liposuction.

Rebecca Harrica, RPA-C
Beckie is a highly trained physician assistant working alongside Dr. Chao at Chao Plastic Surgery. She acts as his cosmetic surgical first assist in the operating room, sees post-operative patients in the office, and is also specially trained in performing all of the minimally invasive office procedures such as Neurotoxin, Fillers, and PRP. Beckie is also the practice manager for Chao Plastic Surgery.

Sarah started her nursing career in Cardiology and has found her passion in Aesthetics. She became interested in Aesthetic Medicine after meeting the staff at Dr. Chao’s office. She loves making patients feel and look their best. Sarah is trained in facial injections, PRP treatments, Aquagold Microneedling, and laser treatments. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, yoga, boxing, reading, and playing with her dogs.

Her background includes clinical facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, enzymes, and acne care.
Her passion is to educate her clients about the importance of skincare and guide them in the direction to a healthy skin future. She believes in preventative maintenance, and feels it is important for people of all ages to properly care for their skin.

Stacey specializes in neurotoxins, full facial balancing, and advanced laser treatments. She is known for her eye for detail, gentle touch, and commitment to making each client feel special, confident, and cared for at every visit. Her favorite treatment combo? A beautifully balanced lip filler paired with radiant, rejuvenated skin using microneedling and Frax—a true glow-up duo!
Shelby Shortell, Licensed Aesthetician
Shelby Shortell is a licensed aesthetician with 10 years of experience specializing in Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and laser hair removal. Her own skin journey sparked a passion for helping others achieve healthy, glowing skin. Shelby strives to create a welcoming, comfortable space where every client feels cared for and leaves feeling their best.
