As of June 1, 2020, we have resumed ‘normal’ business practices. To ensure your safety and the safety of our staff, we have implemented some new procedures and policies for all in-office appointments.
– Face masks are required.
– Please come alone – no guests or children.
– If you are sick, please call to reschedule your appointment.
– We ask that you plan for at least an extra 30 mins of your actual scheduled time, as there will be additional paperwork and screening.
– Upon arrival, please text “(your name)” and “here” to (518) 203-2582. Please be patient and allow for a waiting time. We will message you back when you may come in.
Please note that at the beginning of your appointment, we will be performing a COVID screening that consists of taking your temperature using a ‘no-contact’ thermometer, and checking your oxygen level by using a finger pulse oximeter. Unfortunately, if you do not pass the screening your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled.
**For injectable patients (Dysport and Restylane):
– Before your appointment, please visit www.aspirerewards.com to activate your rewards, if any. If you are not a member, you may sign up for free. If you need assistance with logging in, redeeming rewards, resetting your password: Call Customer Support 1(800)-ASPIRE.
– If you wish to use rewards points at checkout, you must have them activated before your appointment.
